We were grateful to find Charming Cleaning Service on Thumbtack to take care of our move out clean—they did a wonderful job, were very affordable, and were very thorough! They also were flexible when we were running behind schedule on clearing the place so they could come clean. Would gladly work with them again.

You will need to discuss every single item you need cleaned. I paid $250 for vacuum stairs, 4 bathrooms cleaned without counters wiped or floor cleaned. Bedrooms only vacuumed and nothing was wiped. Kitchen not cleaned.
