- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of service (deep, regular, move-out), and the condition. We sometimes offer discounts for recurring service (bi-weekly or weekly). We bring our own supplies and guarantee the quality of our work. No hidden fees. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we listen to your specific needs and ask questions to understand your priorities. Then, we provide a clear estimate. On cleaning day, we arrive on time, well-equipped, and ready to deliver quality. After the job, we check in to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We’ve taken several courses in sanitation and hygiene best practices, especially for vacation rental turnovers. But most importantly, our team has real-world experience handling all types of homes — from move-out cleanings to maintaining high-end Airbnbs.
