- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our standard pricing system is as follows: Every first-cleaning with Rocz Cleaning Service will be billed at an hourly rate, regardless of Square Footage, and the Type of Service Requested ( *Standard Cleaning Service, *Move-Out/Deep Clean, *Deep Clean with Occupants in Living-Space). We are happy to negotiate together with you on an affordable Fixed-Rate for recurring services, should you be so happy with our first cleaning that you'd like to make us your preferred cleaning service. Every cleaning appointment will have a minimum of 2 Cleaners, and from experience, a minimum of 1.5 hours will be required of us to be onsite. Additional cleaners can be requested by you, or we'll make a recommendation based on details of the job. -- Conventional Cleaning Service: $35/hr x 2-Cleaners -- Green Cleaning Service: $45/hr x 2-Cleaners The rates mentioned cover the following Types of Cleaning Services: *Standard Cleaning Service *Move-Out/Deep Clean *Deep Clean with Occupants in Living-Space We also offer discounts for referrals. 20% discount on next cleaning for each scheduled referral!

Our focus is on establishing a positive relationship with every person who contacts Rocz Cleaning Service, whether or not the customer decides to request our services. Our rates are open, fair, affordable, and competitive enough that every customer feels certain that they will receive a high-quality cleaning service, excellent customer service, and all at an affordable rate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Low Prices are not always a guarantee of quality work. There are a wide variety of reasons you seek to have your living-space cleaned. Saving costs on a move-out/deep-clean is one important decision a client considers, while others want to get their living-space cleaned for health reasons, a peace of mind, and improvements in their productivity. The costs related to the benefits gained should be weighed equally. Shop around, and select the pricing and business that would best meet your long-term needs.
