- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are 10% off the first three services completed. There is a travel fee of 25-55$ depending where the location is outside of the king county area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers shown identification for us to keep on file, alone with the address serviced. Service agreement forms are completed with each service, no matter what.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the maids that work with Tailor Maid Services have had house keeping experience in hotels or Airbnb’s. We also train each person the importance of detail and branding.
