Zo and his paint team are absolutely incredible! He is beyond patient, kind, and professional. Our house sits on a steep slope and many other teams either turned us down or gave us outrageous quotes, saying the job was too difficult. But Zo came in with a can-do attitude and offered an extremely reasonable price. He took the time to understand all the challenges and solved every single one of them with care and skill.
We ended up hiring him for our interior painting too—and once again, he went above and beyond! From big surfaces to all the small touch-ups, everything was done perfectly. We’re so grateful we found him.
Can’t recommend Zo highly enough. Truly a gem of a contractor!

I highly recommend hiring them for wallpaper removal and drywall repairs! My wallpaper damaged by other tiling contractors and Zo did a fantastic job of removing it, fixing all the unevenness of the walls and patching the large cut outs that other plumbing and electrical contractors made from my bathroom renovation. I will definitely hire them again to complete the painting work next. Thanks Zo!

Zo was great and came in quickly was very responsive and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Zo at Colorful painting & properties, LLC for and interior painting gig and will likely have him of our exterior next year as well
