- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our painting quotes are always a fixed price, so you know what to expect. Carpentry services are often quoted at a rate of Time + Materials, in which case, we will provide a range of expected hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a complimentary, on-site quote appointment. This allows us to see the space and fully understand your vision for the project. From there, we provide a detailed proposal. When our proposal is accepted, we work with the customer to schedule the project. We also offer an easy, online payment system and color selection portal to facilitate our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner and founder Jeff DuPont is a third-generation painter. Our company maintains membership in several industry organizations including the Painting Contractors' Association, Building Owners and Managers Association, and Nolan Consulting Group.
