Above and behind is how I would describe Always Hauling. I had a couch in my room in an apartment, incredibly difficult to get out. These guys didn't complain or bat an eye, they went to work, didn't give up, and eventually got it out. Absolutely outstanding. And after it was all done they were just as friendly as when they arrived. Also, their price was outstanding.
I picked them off Thumbtack mainly because everyone else left a 5 star review, and it makes sense why. I am 100% satisfied.

I had a bunch of doors, pipes, styrofoam, electronics, paint cans. Carefully packed John showed up with 2 other guys, polite and professional. It was hard to price the load ahead of time so we negotiated quickly on the spot. I helped them load the truck and we were done in under 15 minutes. Fair price, good communication, junk is gone -- what more can you ask for!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 12x8x4 dump truck that is the equivalent of 7-8 pickup truck loads . We usually charge by the weight and volume of the materials we are hauling . We also factor in Accessibility to the job site .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure to show up the same or next day after our Initial contact with the customer, depending on the time of day . When we show up to give an estimate we are ready to get started on your project then or schedule it at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent pretty much all my life on various styles of job sites. From cleaning up demolition to cleaning out rentals and remodels. It all goes hand in hand with junk removal.
