I live in university place, we been here 15 years we known to have the black pipe, unfortunately we had a major clog no one else but Elite sewer came out on a Saturday to locate the problem dug it up and repair, Elite is coming back in a few weeks to finish replacing the old line since we are selling in the future and we don't want this to be come a problem for future home owners
