FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started we discuss your goals for the project—style, color palette, screening, water usage, etc. Once agreed, we decide on a project scope and choose a design approach that can vary in fidelity from rough pencil drawing and moodboard, to more refined digital plan drawings, or potentially 3d renderings. Rounds of revision are subject to increased cost. When we land on a final design, I can purchase and deliver your plants. As a landscaper, I have access to a much larger inventory of local plant nurseries that the public doesn't have access to which carry larger, more mature varieties than most local nurseries sell to the public, giving you the best bang for your buck. Planting service is also available.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do you have goals that your landscape can help you with? Using less water, privacy screening, produce food, add winter interest, etc. Do you lean more towards a wild garden, carefully planned, or a combination? Is there a color palette you want to work with?
