Introduction: One of my students teachers told by her writing she could not tell she was deaf. but she brought an interpreter. The average deaf student graduates from high school with a 4th grade writing level. This student arrived with a 4th grade reading and writing level and in one year she writing was as good as a hearing student. i was tutoring a fourth grader in math that was the lowest kid in the class. After 9 months he went to the minority math competition and his team with his help took 1st place. he was the top kid in the class in math I love to have successful students
