- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New clients choose between a 6, 12, 20,52 week coaching engagement ranging from $895-$5,995 (see featured projects section for price sheet) While Thumbtack displays a per-session estimate, I work on a coaching retainer rather than one-time sessions because meaningful change rarely happens in a single conversation. My goal isn't to help you feel better for a day. It's to help you create lasting change. I don't bill insurance, though some clients have successfully used HSA/FSA funds when their plan allows. Do you coach couples? No. I work exclusively with individuals. Many clients come to me because they want healthier marriages, dating relationships, or family relationships, and we accomplish that by helping them change the way they think, communicate, and lead themselves. I do not offer couples or marriage counseling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an introductory consultation call to determine if coaching is the right fit for your goals and whether we're a good fit to work together. If we decide to move forward, new clients begin with a minimum of 6-week coaching engagement, up to 52 weeks. Coaching is conducted by phone, allowing clients to coach from the comfort of their home, office, laying down or while traveling. Video sessions are available for double the price of the package. In-person coaching is offered only in limited circumstances. Because coaching is voluntary, I work directly with the individual seeking coaching rather than with someone trying to persuade another person to participate. Please be the one requesting the support, though well meaning friends and family want to help their loved one I am not able to help someone not requesting the support. Every (paid in full) client also receives a gift package with a copy of one of my published books to use between sessions, so the work doesn’t stop when the call ends.
