Booked this guys over the phone. What I liked from the beginning is that most likely this company is a local one, meaning you don't have to choose million options while waiting an hour on line. Arthur answered my call right away an guided me with everything, this guy sounded like he really knows what he is talking about, not just random call center chick. We discussed all aspects of my move and booked, everything was very fast and easy. Then movers called about an hour before arrival and confirmed exact arrival time according to the traffic. Then they arrived exactly when they said, parked the truck and started their job. All my stuff was packed pretty quick and safe, I mean really safe when I looked at my goods and felt like it will definitely arrive to destination with not a single scratch. They loaded everything and went to my new apartment. Little tip to people who are hiring movers, plumbers, etc. buy them a meal! When you see people working hard they definitely getting tired so don't be cheap and order them a pizza, they'll be very thankful and probably work better then. After unloading they moved all heavy items where I wanted them to be, collected all used packing materials and left. I'm very happy with them and they definitely deserve 5 star review.

Just finished my move. I'm super happy with both moving and support teams! Booking process was super easy. I've got a call from crew foreman about an hour before move started and he confirmed arrival time. Movers packed all my stuff super fast and the entire move was great! I was worrying about hidden fees, but there were totally nothing on top of what we agreed. Will definitely recommend!

Best movers I’ve ever hired! Our move was pretty complicated, me and my girlfriend were moving from 2 different apartments which are about 30 miles away from each other into a house in Redmond. I’ve been very nervous before the moving day because of limited elevators reservations times, hard parking conditions in both locations, lots at packing needed, etc. Moreover we needed them to move some of my stuff from Upack location which just arrived from California. (Special thanks to the manager on the phone who calmed me down couple times). At the moving day morning everything went awesome from the first minutes! All 3 trucks arrived on time in 3 different locations and started loading and packing. Somehow this guys did everything absolutely flawless on just one day! Absolutely happy with them, super highly recommend!
