- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud of keeping our prices transparent and straightforward. Our hourly rate includes movers, trucks, protection of your items along with a service of disassembly and re-assembly, with absolutely no extra cost. Of course, for our returning customers, there is a special discount as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our trained staff is well prepared to handle and answer any questions and rule out any concerns. Our team will be able to provide a quote, explain the process of moving, guide our future customer into their upcoming move within several minutes. Our customer care team is prepared to monitor and assist throughout the move, so your move will be monitored from the beginning to the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Now as a proud owner of the leading company for moving in Seattle, I am proud to declare that I was a mover myself. I am a strong believer that in order to know the business, you have had to experience the both sides. We take great value for all of the feedback we have gathered from our customers in the past, as we are constantly learning and improving our company.
