Our rates are based on factors like the size of the move, distance, access conditions (stairs, elevators, long carries), and any specialty items requiring extra care. We offer binding estimates whenever possible and take the time to explain exactly what is included in your quote. We also offer flexible service options to fit different budgets, including labor-only services, full packing, storage solutions, and long-distance relocations. Seasonal promotions and referral discounts may be available depending on the move date and service type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your moving needs, timeline, inventory size, and any special requests. From there, we provide a detailed quote and help coordinate scheduling. Once booked, our team stays in communication leading up to the move to ensure everything is organized and stress-free. On moving day, our crew arrives prepared with professional equipment and protective materials to safely handle your belongings. After delivery, we confirm everything was completed to your satisfaction before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional moving techniques, proper lifting and safety procedures, furniture protection, packing methods, loading optimization, and customer service standards. We focus heavily on damage prevention, efficiency, and communication. Many of our team members have years of hands-on experience handling residential, commercial, interstate, and specialty-item moves.
