Mohammed and his partner Mason made my day of moving run smoothly! Up until the day of the move, I had a lot of questions that I sent over and Nick(manager) always responded back asap. Like other reviewers mentioned, he also brought me 5 free boxes.
They moved my things quickly and carefully, wrapping and padding all of my big furniture so I didn't worry one bit about anything being scratched up or broken! I mostly packed up my things in boxes beforehand except for some loose kitchen appliances, random things in my closet, and lots of cleaning supplies in the bathroom and under my kitchen sink. For the things I didn't pack, they quickly swept those up in boxes and made sure that once when we were ready to go over the new place, the old place was quite literally emptied out!
My one bedroom move took a total of 4 hours, including disassembling and assembling my bed, couch, and dining table. I literally sat there scrolling through my phone on the couch (until it was time for them to load it in the truck!) and then on the floor while they occasionally would come over and ask me where I wanted things. I did also run a couple Target errands since you don't actually need to be there the entire time.
I would highly recommend NextStop. There were absolutely no surprises with pricing and I felt that they did an awesome job.

We recently used this moving company and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and handled everything with care. They wrapped our furniture properly, worked efficiently, and made the whole moving process stress-free.

This was my second time using these movers and they were wonderful (again!)
Mark and crew were so so great. They showed up on time and worked tirelessly. They were super efficient and worked so hard all day. They brought all the blankets, wrapping, etc. and handled all of our items with extra care. They even helped rearrange the furniture in our new home, took down pictures frames, anything that needed to be done
Even with all of the annoying circumstances (rain!, parking issues) they had a great attitude and make a stressful day so easy. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future
