The crew from Eco-movers was fantastic. Chase, one of the movers, gave me a call to let me know they were leaving their HQ and would be there as soon as possible. Both gentlemen handle our move with care and professionalism.
I appreciated how the team stayed true to their quote per hour and were transparent in how everything was handled. They even went above and beyond by helping to move to appliances for us that were already at the location to another location off site.
The customer service was fantastic. The owner, Grant, reached out to me to ensure that everything would be ready for the day of our move.
We only had one issue with a bump into a light, but the team continue to be cautious and handled our belongings professionally.
Overall, I believe this to be a highly capable company, and my wife and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mover. Thanks again to Eco-movers.

I highly recommendECO Movers for all of your moving needs.I purchased very heavy furniture from a home high up on a hill, and they moved everything safely, timely and were meticulous in their moving strategy. Very skilled , respectful, and knowledgeable with my heavy and high value purchase.They listened to my needs, made my concerns their own, provided beyond excellent service.One thing to note, I had hired a different company before them but they dropped and broke a very important piece and by comparison , ECO movers was FAR superior and I will only use ECO going forward.If you are looking for a highly skilled and capable moving company, you dont need to look anymore. I had never used a moving service before working with Eco Movers and I will only ever work with them from now on! I had a stressful last minute move, they were the only company to get back to me in time.I submitted my inventory at 3:30am Sunday morning and got a text from Ana at Eco Movers, 4 hours later, at 7:30am ready to give me a quote. I don't know a business in the world that would give me a 4 hour response time to a 3am Sunday "morning" request. This was the last Sunday of the year too.Ana was quick to respond, concise, informative, helpful, and booked me for a Tuesday move at a very reasonable cost. Because I'm new to this, I didn't realize that was unbelievably fast for movers. Every person I told about this experience who had dealt with movers before was shocked that I booked movers within 48 hours on Sunday morning, and that the movers, Nathan and Anton completed the entire move in 3 hours.Nathan and Anton arrived exactly on time, got to work immediately, and handled my confusing instructions about what to move and what not to move with the highest level of professionalism. They slogged through slippery mud and tricky steps, but still moved at a good pace while being cautious.Most impressive was their driving skills. I was a little anxious about the moving truck getting up a narrow, steep hill with tight corners, and then backing into a long, very narrow driveway. Anton drove like the pro that he is, and steered that large rig like it was a nimble sports car. Nathan did an excellent job strategizing and guiding him in and out of there with maybe an inch or 2 of give on either side of the truck.They moved everything in quickly, carefully, and professionally. This was by far the easiest and least stressful move of my life. I felt like I could hand everything off to them to take care of.They only charged me for the time and materials used, which was lower than the estimate, which was already eminently fair. I woulda paid twice that amount for this experience.As long as this keeps up, I will use Eco Movers for every move. Their staff provide a level of professionalism and customer service that is almost unreasonable to expect in this era.

Boris and Joe completed my move this past Saturday. I received a call from Boris to let me know they were on the way and showed up timely. They both did a wonderful job wrapping items to keep them safe from damage. While taking my bed apart, they encountered a couple of stripped bolts. Not only did they take them time to remove them but also provided replacements. Moving is stressful but having Boris and Joe on the job made it a that much less stressful. I highly recommend to anyone with a move in their near future.

Netzer, Giovani, Oscar, Anthony, and Isidro moved us out of a townhouse and 11x30 storage unit into our new home in Bremerton. They worked quickly and efficiently (even during the rainy part of the day) to get everything loaded and unloaded. They took extra care to make sure that our belongings landed in the right spot at the new house, asked me how I wanted things arranged, etc. They even rolled out their own red carpet to make sure the floors and stairs were protected! I'm glad I chose to go with the best for this move! Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly starting from the time we leave our warehouse to when we arrive back at the end of the move. Our hourly rate is based on how many crew members and what the job is.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was going to the University of Washington I worked for a couple of different moving companies and found a lack of ethics and relatively poor service. I really enjoyed working my job at the time and took pride in what I did. I realized that I could take the buildup of stress away from my customers by providing a high quality of service. Seeing this premove stress transform into bright smiles by the end of the service was something that always excited me!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have three main common types of jobs.
Packing Services: For an hourly price plus supplies, Eco-Movers can safely, effectively, and efficiently pack all your goods and belongings. This does not include the use of our truck.
Labor Only: For an hourly price, Eco-Movers can load or unload any truck, pod, or unit for you. This does not include the use of our own truck.
Full Service Moving: Our most popular! Full Service Moving is when our crews move you from one location to another with the use of our own truck. Belongings are already efficiently packed, we simply deliver your goods and furniture from one location to another. This does include the use of our truck along with a toolkit should you need dissasembly and reassembly of any furniture.
