- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's important to know that will cover you for the hourly rate or fixed price so you are paying for and what is exactly the approximate final cost for your packing/move included any materials used. A guarantee a very professional job done, also the equipment that I will be performing with is the most professional in the moving industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, communication all the time, it's important to keep updated with all the necessary information before I start any projects such is the size of the project and unexpected things. Sometimes it's hard to know the time that you'll spend because there's so many factors that it will affect or benefit the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've attend to many seminaries about customer service, also I've got a packing training over the years and I always followed up rules to improve my skills as a mover and keep myself updated with the implements of new technologies and social media.
