- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing it’s determined by the complexity of the menu and the number of guests. I like to use local, organic and fresh produce as well as a premium ingredients. Every client deserves the best quality and the experience of the authentic taste of our Mexican cuisine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We being by emailing, messaging or scheduling a call to talk about the details. I will send a menu proposal with options of each course and we can collaborate from there. After we agree on the menu. I will send an agreement to fill out and the invoice for the deposit ( 30% of the food estimate). I will be in contact leading up to the date of the event any question that may come up.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for cooking and the happiness that bring me share the food I cook with people make me start cooking for private events for years: families, elaborate parties, brunch gatherings, holiday feasts, birthday celebrations, baby showers, etc. Private events are a really special way to get creative with menus and I've found that delicious food go a long way to making any event memorable for all the guests.
