Had a great experience with Bobby hosting a birthday dinner for 9 adults and 3 children. Leading up to the event he was very responsive and put together an exciting menu that accommodated some food allergies. He and his assistant showed up right on time, were very friendly/professional, and left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. The food was nothing short of amazing. I would absolutely recommend Bobby to anyone looking for a private chef.

My husband and I hired Bobby to host an 80th birthday party for five people. We wanted a menu that reflected Italian cooking with a modern flair, and Chef Bobby delivered! I must have interviewed four chefs, and Bob was the most responsive and prepared three different menu options. In short, it wasn’t easy to narrow it down, and we decided to add items. Everything was delicious, but a must-have is the Caramelized cauliflower raviolo w/fried sage, brown butter! Bobby delivered professional 5-star cooking, and my kitchen was left in immaculate condition. We have booked him for our Thanksgiving dinner and can’t wait to have him back!

Our group had the pleasure of having Chef Greene as a private chef for a large, outdoor event. The entire experience was truly excellent. From start to finish, his expertise and culinary talents were impressive. Chef Greene's ability to craft a locally sourced menu showcased his strong local connections and sourcing skills. His deep knowledge of seasonal ingredients was evident in every dish, adding a fresh and vibrant touch to our dinner. The unique challenges of cooking outdoors in an unconventional environment were met with flexibilitly, ease, and, professionalism. The creativity and thoughtfulness in every course were appreciated by all of our guests. Beyond his culinary skills, Chef Greene was also a wonderful presence among our guests. He engaged with anyone curious about ingredients or dish prep, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. His friendly demeanor contributed significantly to the convivial atmosphere of our event. I couldn't recommend Chef Greene highly enough and would actively seek him for future events.

I had a great interaction with Bobby from first connection. He was incredibly responsive with menu options, providing some guidance on final selections and day of logistics for my daughter’s graduation party. The food was AMAZING. My guests all raved and I was thankful for the leftovers. Brisket, adobo chicken, mac-n-cheese, potato salad - all top notch. We will definitely use Chef Bobby for future events!
