Introduction: I wear many hats, whether it be for customers who want food made in their home or delivered or catering services, I do it all. Paying attention to detail is important to me and I usually go above and beyond and add in extras for free (like food display cards). Unlike some, I have no hidden costs in my quotes. There will be no surprise fee. In addition to being a private chef, I am also a professional organizer. I love a clean, tidy, minimal home with smart organization and storage even for the smallest of spaces. I am non judgmental, easy going and efficient. I will take your project to another level! For larger project, I usually do a free consultation and give you an honest answer for how much servics and purchased products for organizing will cost. Wedding and Event Catering

Nichole's service was a terrific cater selection for our family's birthday celebration/ gathering. The food was delicious, items were a nice variety, and all felt like the perfect amount from a variety standpoint. Nichole stepped in and "joined the party" with an approachable personality. She took over the kitchen comfortably, which achieved one of the main purposes for hiring her catering support altogether! We'd be more than happy to reach out for her services again. The only drawback: the main meat menu item was rather dull tasting. Overall, we highly recommend Island Chef.

Nichole is a fabulous chef and creative home consultant. She helped our household come up with a much better menu planning, shopping, cooking, and eating routine. Wedding and Event Catering

Nichole put together a delicious birthday brunch menu for me and 5 of my girlfriends. The dishes she prepared were creative and fresh. For example the Mediterranean Cucumber Cups were a perfect appetizer, and the Mini Spinach & Feta Frittatas were a hit. Nichole also made a Chocolate Guinness Cake with Coconut Frosting that was a big hit at my party! She arrived on time and took care of the clean-up after everything was done. She's very detail-oriented and organized. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend Nichole to anyone who considers hiring a private chef for their event.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Private Chef Services start at $45/hr. Weddings Start at $125/head (50 person max) Meal Delivery Starts at $125

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First gather information via e-mail, then schedule a time to talk about details, final menu gets e-mailed, then we schedule a kitchen walk through and first week of service. Events such as weddings, parties, etc vary with each event.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have worked in the food industry most of my life and have grown to love and repsect food. In my late 20's I started teaching myself and it evolved from there. I like to attend classes and little events here and there to keep up my passion and learn new techniques and cuisines.
