- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First gather information via e-mail, then schedule a time to talk about details, final menu gets e-mailed, then we schedule a kitchen walk through and first week of service. Events such as weddings, parties, etc vary with each event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food industry most of my life and have grown to love and repsect food. In my late 20's I started teaching myself and it evolved from there. I like to attend classes and little events here and there to keep up my passion and learn new techniques and cuisines.
