From day one Simple Solutions Plus (SSP) scheduled a time, listened to the challenge of moving and the need to have the house put back in place in the shortest time and organized to suite our busy day needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $65 an hour For work provided . I also do consultations and shopping which is $45 an hour .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is I have a one hour free consultation.. And I do not start any job until I have this consult consultation .. I want to be walked through the entire home of what would like to be accomplished and take notes measurements in pictures . And then I will give you my analysis on where we should start and how to develop a logistical plan on how to complete as soon as possible .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education and training I have has been my lifelong experience. College for interior design and working in big box 50,000,000+ detail jobs . This is second nature to me .. I have work Retail and with the general public for 30 years of my life . There is no situation that could bear me any stress .. I only want to serve my client .. And make their home and their life the best it can be
