Introduction: I'm friendly, well rounded and make each session unique so that the body has to adapt and progress. There needs to be a systematic approach to your weekly, monthly and yearly fitness routines. Training sessions will be intense and will OPTIMIZE YOUR TIME IN THE GYM! Maintain your strengths and improve your areas of weakness which sounds like common sense but we often do the opposite. Providing a service that I truly feel is necessary for people to lead a happy, successful and shining life. I "practice what I preach" and listen to my clients so that we can come up with a plan together. I love the variety of people I meet and get to work with on a daily basis!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My mother has taught yoga for over 40 years so I grew up around it. I played soccer and ran track at the University of Mount Union so a career in fitness was a natural seamless progression!
