- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client starts with a consultation to assess goals, experience level, lifestyle, and any limitations. From there, I create a fully customized training plan tailored specifically to their needs. We establish a consistent training schedule and focus on building proper technique, structure, and progression. Clients receive ongoing support, accountability, and regular check-ins to ensure consistent progress. My goal is to provide a clear, results-driven plan so clients feel confident, supported, and successful from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE-certified personal trainer with a Master’s degree in Education and a Health & Fitness endorsement. I worked as a PE teacher and have years of experience coaching individuals of all ages and ability levels. In addition to my formal education, I have hands-on experience as a gym owner, group fitness instructor, and online coach. I am also a nationally qualified bodybuilder, which allows me to bring both professional knowledge and real-world experience into my coaching. In addition, my own personal weight loss journey allows me to better understand and relate to the challenges my clients face.
