Anthony is an amazing coach and trainer. I have been training with him for about 6 months now and he is very motivating and supportive. When we first stared working out together, I had limited access to equipment and had no idea where to begin. Anthony created a personalized work out routine for me that I could use on my own and the exercises that he showed me made sense. He is well versed in exercise science, demonstrates each activity before I do it, and is really fun to work with. He created a routine for me that maximized fat loss, built muscle and fit within my schedule. Since working with Anthony, I have lost about half the weight I set out to lose and feel so much better about myself. Not only am I enjoying the changes in my body, but my endurance is higher than I can remember as an adult. Anthony’s fitness approach isn’t limited to the gym. He encouraged me to eat healthy, provided nutritional guidance and helped with meal planning. He spends a lot of time researching nutrition and has been great about sending me articles that are easy to follow and understand. Anthony also focuses on the importance stretching and shows me various stretches I can do prior to workouts, or any time throughout the day. Anthony’s instructional approach is very professional and accessible; no matter what stage someone is in on their fitness journey. I have spoken with others who he has worked with at all different levels. Anthony has a very unintimidating, authentic demeanor. He genuinely cares about helping individuals to reach their health and fitness goals. His coaching is motivating and realistic. He focuses on the entire journey and progress made overall; not simply hitting a certain goal by a certain date. I would highly recommend Anthony as a personal trainer and coach. Working with him has been a wonderful experience, and as I continue to learn and grow I know that he will be right there with me; helping me to redefine my routine so that I avoid plateaus.

To whom it may concern: When I heard of Anthony Archer though a recommendation I was so excited. I’ve met a lot of amazing trainers during the time I’ve been working out, granted very spordic, I was told he was an inspiring instructor but also concentrated on overall balance and lifestyle. For me I was intrigued as I had lost motivation with trainers that just concentrated on one aspect and not the overall picture. At one point, I hated exercise and was always looking for a get-out-of-working-out-free card. Then, overweight and out-of-shape, I found my way to making an appointment with Anthony. Ever since then (going on 4 months now!), I’ve been a regular Monday thru Friday, 5 days a week. Anthony has helped me grow, and ultimately, embrace my inner athlete. Now, I connect with the part of me who is energized by moving, who feels like sweating, being serious about my nutrition, finding balance with meditation through better breathing, and strength in meeting my goals in the gym and in LIFE. Anthony‘s passion for health and fitness is contagious—he’s the a trainer that every person should have! He brings years of expertise from his work as a health educator to his role as a fitness trainer and by my opinion "a life coach." Anthony's always is so very willing to answer questions or help me find a solution. His positive spirit and living example of a healthy lifestyle positioned me so I could positively push myself into transforming my health. I want to give a huge shout out and recommendation to anyone whom might be struggling, defeated, or just plain tired of their daily routine or lack of results. Anthony your life line. I have so much appreciation and gratitude for Anthony and everything he's taught me and I look forward to many more results as I continue down this road of health and fitness. Anthony is an amazing trainer. I have known him personally for over 5 years & have spent 3 of those years as a client. The best part is that while I was a client, Anthony trained me long distance. I had moved to Texas for work, and he did not give up on me. Anything is an amazing trainer who will go above & beyond to give personal, individual guidance to what you need to meet your weight loss goals. He would do videos for me to demonstrate specific exercises & offered skype training sessions. He is not a certified nutritionist but was always willing to give his advice on the type/quantity of food with the caveat of reminding me he was not a nutritionist. I would recommend him to anyone!

    I woke up one day back in 2010 and had gone from slim my entire life to obese. So I started going to the gym and learned to eat better. As time went on, I became more and more passionate about fitness till it became my career.
