Hi, I'm Josh and I've been training clients professionally for 9 years. I was certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2011 and have helped hundreds of clients lose weight and get in shape. If you're looking for someone to yell at you while you do push-ups, you can probably find someone cheaper. If you're looking for an experienced professional who has personally walked people through losing 100 pounds and meeting many other fitness goals, I'm your guy :) ***My schedule is currently full and I'm generally not accepting new clients. My husband and I have been working with Josh for a few months now. We each have our own history of injuries and Josh is great with individually tailored exercises. He is responsive, flexible, and really seems to know his stuff.

Josh is a great all-around personal trainer who is well practiced in the science of movement. When you work out with Josh, he notices very subtle ways in which you perform a lift or a movement and is able to advise you as to how to get the most out of a particular exercise and prevent injury. I worked with Josh on general strength, weight loss, and an Anterior Pelvic Tilt. Josh was able to quickly recommend movements to address the Pelvic Tilt and I progressed well in strength training as well. Josh also advised me on diet to retain the gains in muscle and lose weight. I lost over 40 lbs in the 20/20 program at PRO Sports Club. I would recommend Josh without hesitation for training, movement analysis and injury recovery, and diet optimization for weight loss and optimal body composition.

Josh has been such a great trainer to work with. Regardless of your fitness level, he starts where you are at. He definitely pushes me each session and constantly references the goals I set for myself in the beginning. He’s very personable and funny, which makes for each session to fly by.
