About
Before reading further, please note that I can only accept clients who live in the North Seattle area, by which I mean neighborhoods north of Lake Union (Fremont, Ballard, Northgate, U district, etc.). What makes me different from most trainers is my sensitivity and attention to detail. Each client has a different background and different goals. I listen closely to what YOU want from the sessions, and pay close attention to what is working and what is not. I come from a dance and gymnastics background, where the training is very intense and extremely precise, and I apply these principles to my clients. When you train with perfect form, you will get more benefit from each exercise in less time, and you will not become injured. I became a trainer because I strongly believe that being active is one of the single most important things one can do to improve the quality of one's life. What I love most in my work is when my clients change their lives as a result of improving their exercise habits. For many people, that means going from hating or merely tolerating exercise to truly looking forward to it because of the results they get from it, whether that means weight loss, extra energy, or better performance in athletics. For others who were already active, it means reaching a new level of strength they did not realize was possible.

Kathy is always concerned about safety and protecting my joints. She works with me to find things that will push me to get stronger and more fit keeping in mind my problem areas. She is very motivating, she rejoices in my gains but never makes me feel guilty when I have a bad week. And she makes her services affordable which make it possible for me to have a personal trainer!

Kathy is a wonderful personal trainer. She is patient, positive, encouraging, I felt completely comfortable from the start. She took the time to find out what I was trying to get out of training and tailor a plan specifically for my needs. And her rice was super affordable! Highly recommend her.

Kathy is amazing. She has helped me with my form to get more benefit out of every move I do. She emails me a workout list of things to work on for the week. She pushes me past my limitations to help me do what I never thought I could do. Kathy is the best Personal Trainer you will ever find.

She's great. She worked with me to improve my state and is very courteous and friendly. If you would like to get in shape the right way with correct movements, Kathy's your trainer. Giver her a shout and you won't be disappointed.
