My name is Samuel Cavazos and I am a
Doctor of Occupational Therapy. I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years working with people of all ages and abilities. I pride myself in providing client-centered, evidence-based, and holistic (mind-body-spirit) centered exercise programs. This is important to me because I believe that our ability to move is essential for many activities we do every day from the moment we wake up until the moment we hop into bed. In a nutshell,
MORE MOVEMENT = MORE POSSIBILITIES. I also believe that exercise does not have to be ONE way, it can be your way. I will work to figure out how to get the best results that is tailor-made to your interests (while also providing appropriate challenges).
