Shelli is the best! I'm beyond pleased with her personal training, nutritional guidance and I'm already seeing results! She's reliable, punctual, and priced fairly. I am impressed how she always shows up with high energy, a full hour planned that balances my personal work with our previous session. Form is a priority for her so she'll provide modifications throughout as needed and encourages stretching throughout to ensure you're safe and there is little to no risk for injury. Absolutely love working with Shelli! I've increased my time with her based on her approach which is proven to be successful and aligns well to my personal goals. I've had personal trainers for 20 years, so if you're serious about getting healthy and need some accountability, Shelli is absolutely worth your time and money.

I have greatly enjoyed training with Shelli for the past 2 weeks. She has a very bubble-y personality and is fun to work out with. I can be shy when it comes to working out but feel completely comfortable with her. She has demonstrated her deep understanding of the different muscle groups and is attentive to my back issues and asthma. She is a great communicator and health guide. I look forward to working out with Shelli more in the future and becoming stronger and healthier with her guidance. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome personal trainer.
