Introduction: Howdy! If you're reading this, let's call it a Sitter-match-made-in heaven, shall we? We're Taylor & Mike - 30 & 33 year old Hikers, living a Washington/NY bi-coastal love story. We met on a trail back in May 2021 and the rest is history.
We are full time house/pet sitters, and part time outdoor adventure guides. We spend most part of our days in nature, and the other part loving on pets; sometimes both at the same time.
We offer overnight stays, in-home drop-ins, doggy/kitty day hikes, feedings, walkings, playtime, medication administration and pet transits. We're here to love on your fur fam.
While caring for your pets in your home, we stick to your rules around where when and how they can roam. We keep a close eye on the pets to read changes in body language or actions. Safety is our #1 priority.
We do this full time - so your pet is our 100% focus. We'll curate our days around them, their needs and desires. Bonus of hiring a couple - someone will always be with your pet, and they get 2x the love!
We work closely with our clients to ensure our pets' schedules are handed off seamlessly, and they feel comfortable from the minute we walk in.
Please let us know any medications, allergies, separation anxieties or triggers your pets may have so we can prepare to comfort them in advance. Our goal is for them to feel as if their parents never left.
Many references available upon request. Let's meet virtually or in-person and give you ease of mind that your pets will be in great hands and company.

What a great couple! Taylor was extremely responsive and made the arrangement phase easy and friendly. Offered to do little extras around the house. Left things in perfect order. Thanks!!!

Mike and Taylor were terrific. They were on time, personable, great with our dog, etc.—no complaints or concerns or hassles at all. And they watched our dog, outside, for more than three hours, despite a real and extended downpour. They got soaked. We had no alternative because we needed our dog out of the house, on one hand, and he is very afraid of getting into cars, on the other, so he could not be transported. We wanted the sitters to basically be with him, despite the rain. A pretty big request but one Mike and Taylor handled without batting an eye.

Taylor stayed at our house while we were out of town. When we came home the pets were happy and taken care of, the house was cleaner than when we left, and we didn't to worry about anything the whole trip. Thanks for helping us out!

Taylor and Mike have house/pet sat for me several times. They took great care of my pets and home and were even willing to help me when I broke my wrist by staying at my house to care for my pets and help prepare meals. They are a nice couple, great communicators, and well organized. I would definitely have them sit for me again!
