- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 minute visits are $22 - Ongoing monthly client pricing is $20 1 hour visits are $32 - Ongoing monthly client pricing is $30 ($4 added charge per service for 3 or more pets) Overnight stays (12 hours) are $75 per night 12 hour overnights from 7pm-7am are $75 ($4 added charge per service for 3 or more pets) 10$ per visit additional charge for daytime holiday services. (not to exceed $20) A $10 per visit additional charge for overnight services is added for services provided on holidays, Observed Holidays- New Year's Eve New Year's Day Easter Memorial Day July 4th Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve Christmas Day
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients are travelers, commuters, airline industry personnel, lawyers, doctors, war vets, students, you name it. But most of all, they are pet lovers who take the extra step to hire professionals they know they can trust. Being a professional pet sitter is a challenging, but rewarding career. It takes an incredible amount of skill, patience, understanding, flexibility, and hard work. It's not a job where you play with puppies all day. We work 24 hours/day 7 days a week and all holidays. We have to constantly be "on" to ensure the safety of all our furry friends. Essentially, we are "pet nannies" and our "kids" are thrilled when we arrive each and every visit. They know we are there for them and our purpose is to care for their needs.
