- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make payments easy with monthly billing (as opposed to billing by the lesson) and an online portal to set up automatic payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask you a series of questions to find a teacher that works best for your music education and schedule! That professional and educated teacher will meet with you at the same day and time once a week! There is no contract with our school, just a passion for bring music into Seattle homes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we are not teaching we are learning how to be better teachers, you wouldn't want it any other way. All of our teachers are degreed and professional musicians. You can trust that you are getting the very best!
