We had a stove pipe leak in our house, and because it's the rainy season, roofers are generally busy and we didn't expect to get a call back so quickly. B&M to the rescue! Brian was the first to respond to us, offered to have a look at the roof the next day, and fixed the entire problem the day after that. We really appreciated his speed and responsiveness because the issue was very time sensitive. We had such a good experience with Brian that we will probably have him install skylights for us, too!
Jason was very helpful, and helped me to determine that the leak in my house was not a pipe or drainage issue. Very informational and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Very nice individual. Thank you
Plumber connected a new bathroom sink's drain line by removing old galvanized pipe and installing PVC pipe. Set the vanity cabinet to the wall and calked counter top. Very professional and timely. Service was great. I will be keeping their phone number for future services.
Eric installed a 60" TV into our new slate stone fireplace - PERFECTLY!!!! Because of the size of the TV - and the fact it had to be mounted in slate stone - I had a hard time finding a contractor to perform the installation - after reviewing the photos. Eric's quote was incredibly fair (TOO FAIR) and his customers reviews speak for themselves. I was very nervous - as Eric did inform me that this was the first TV mount into slate stone...BUT Eric came over - measured, prepped and made sure the mount was level...watched videos to back up this type of install...left a few times to get special drill bits...he was INCREDIBLY careful and precise...and it worked! AND while he was at the house - we hired him to install a dishwasher and a gas oven as well...the install was complicated - but Eric stuck to his quote. He did not ask us to reimburse him for the extra tools he needed (But we took the receipts from him and paid for them as well) we left him a great tip - I hope others do so as well...he is worth it and we would for sure hire him again!
Recently bought a house and had some small vanity sink leaks which Joe's team was able to fix easily. Then the disaster hit, complete sewage failure due to pipe running from the house to the septic tank (and there was not a clean tee). Joe came out in less than an hour and they were able clear the blockage but found the pipe was "offset" and needed to be replaced. Today, his team removed a wood deck, jack-hammered concrete patio, and then dug up the pipe which turned out to be a orangeburg pipe that was nearly collapsed. Joe was responsive, professional, honest, knowledgeable, reasonable prices and overall, a super hero of sorts... I will use him for all my future remodeling projects!!!
Unfortunately, I had 3 leaks in a month. First the shower floor, then pex pipe and then ABS pipe. I called Plumbing Masters NW and every time Robert came to rescue my house in a timely manner. He is a professional plumber and knows what he is doing. He always left with a perfectly done work. His fee is not lowest, but reasonable and worth the quality of the work. With no doubt I will call him again if I have more plumbing issue (but hope not).
Eric arrived early to complete three projects. One entailed a difficult faucet re-installation in a tight area. He was able to correct problems stemminng from past installation errors. Second was to re-anchor a dishwasher. also a problem since it was instaled over tiles that made the undercounter space too tight.again he worked through the problem successfully. the third task was minor and he finished it without a hitch. he worked with thoroughness, efficiency and an ey to detail. he also repaired the gate latch gratis.
Travis was very good. He installed 2 TV' and did a great job. He also installed my Nest Thermostat. Awesome!!!
I hired Doerksen for electric water installation and he did grest job with fair price.
Josh and Shane did a great job installing a new range hood and working with a couple other circuit/electrical issues for $375. They were here on time and were professional and courteous. I appreciate that Josh responded specifically to my Thumbtack request and did not give just a generic "give us a call" response. He even gave an online $ quote that he stood by. These guys aren't messing around!
Aaron was quick to come by our place and evaluate our plumbing. We are looking to have either pipe bursting or a pipe liner put in for our entire system. Out of all the plumbers that came out, Aaron was the most professional and responsive. His estimate was within reason, but also paired with great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Aaron and his company.
Chris took on my faucet replacement job on short notice. The task turned out to be more complicated due to some unsafe valves that were used when the original faucet was installed. What was expected to be a two hour process took over four hours due to the unforeseen complications resulting from my old faucet installation. Chris was extremely professional about the unexpected extra labor and his smile never faltered. He patiently fielded all the questions I put to him as he worked on replacing the faulty valves and then installing my new faucet. He recommended that I also replace my sink and incinerator and at my request provided me with a quote for the same. He did not try to push for immediate replacement and I am appreciative of that. All in all, I am happy with the service and the results and would gladly recommend Chris to friends and fellow members at Thumbtak.
Yurt did very high quality work adding accessibility features to my parents' house, including building two sets of steps, installing a new handrail, and installing various grab bars. Highly recommend!
John helped me with my bathroom remodel. He was quite good at the tile, plumbing and installing the vanity. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will have him back for more and larger projects in the future.
Les showed up to my house with all of the parts needed for my garbage disposal installation. He was on time, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. Where he went above and beyond was he finished the job in an hour but stuck around almost another hour just to test it to make sure it didn't leak and that everything was perfect. Best of all, his work is backed by a 1 year warranty. I would hire Les again in a heartbeat.
WOW what a wonderful team! Lynn is responsive and keeps me updated, there are no questions as to whether or not I’m valued as a customer. And Jeff did a wonderful job! Above and beyond the call of duty and fixed our plumbing!!! Woohoo!!! He put in a beautiful air switch for our garbage disposal and new pipes !! Not to mention I finally have a toilet that flushes again! I’m so happy! Thank you!
They did really good job in installing the chandeliers. The project was done professionally and their price was very reasonable.
The folks came, gave a decent quote and immediately went on to complete the job and included 1 year warranty. However, due to a leak in one of the pipes , they will come again to fix
I had a pretty large job and got many quotes, but Scott had the best combination of professionalism, flexibility, and value. We ultimately went with Scott over bids with lower prices because he demonstrated that he cared about doing the job right in a way that would last. Looking at the final product, it is obvious that he put thought into the placement of every pipe. Highly recommended.
Mark was great about fixing the laundry room leaking washing machine standing pipe, offering a gradient of options and trade offs. And the quality and craftsmanship with changing out my bathroom faucet was outstanding, he had parts on hand that were missing. Would definitely recommend for jobs large and small.
I had an excellent experience with Darren from Treharne Plumbing. I need to upgrade my drain lines for a remodel and moving the kitchen sink and clothes water onto the bathroom drain system. The drain consisted of cast iron and galvinized pipe. I thought that the 4" Cast Iron was going to have to be modified but Darren thought we could get by and upgrade the galvinized pipe to 2" ABS and pulled out his code book that he had in the truck to verify. Several other plumbers that came over to bid on my project came the same conclusion which saved me alot of money in plumbing cost. Darren gave me a bid the next day and after all of the bids were in, his was the lowest and but also complete with no lose ends. I schedule Darren to come out several weeks later as i was replacing the water lines myself and needed to get some work done before replacing the drain lines. Darren called to say he was going to be an hour late, which I could understand as it was snowing outside. Once he arrived he went quickly to work getting all the parts in place. I needed to leave to do some shopping and he took a break to pull a permit before he started the actual work. When I came back home, he was waiting for me and let me know that the city let him put his work on my water line permit and saved me another $134 in permitting fees. He finished the rough-in in about 4 hours and filled the system and notifed the city for inspection the next day. The inspector showed up the next morning and everything passed inspection and I called Darren to scheduled him to finish the project. He said he was near by and would be over in 30 minutes to complete the project. He was over on time and connected everything and all was my plumbing was funtional a little over 24 hours after he started. I am very happy with Darren from Treharne Plumbing and will ask him to bid on other projects I have in the future.
