- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward, transparent, and fair—no surprise fees at the end. We offer competitive flat rates for curbside bin cleaning routines and surface-area pricing for pressure washing. We also provide neighbor discounts when multiple homes on the same street sign up together, as well as bundled service rates if you combine trash can cleaning with driveway or patio washing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting a quick understanding of the property layout and the customer’s specific goals. I provide a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees, set a precise arrival window on service day, communicate when I’m on my way, and walk the property with the homeowner or manager afterward to make sure they are 100% satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on professional experience in exterior pressure washing, flatwork surface cleaning, and commercial degreasing. My background in technical project management also taught me how to properly handle equipment safety, chemical ratios, and environmental compliance on every job site.
