This company did what another failed to do! If you need to serve someone who's dodging you, go with this company. There's a reason why they're priced higher. They do more for you and have excellent results.

He really needs to work at communicating with his clients. The first and only time I use this service. I emailed over the papers to be served around 11 am along with the payment and talked on the phone and also talked on the phone and I thought everything was ready to go. I gave instructions for where to serve and explained where the party would be in the evening in case they had trouble locating them during the day. However, after I handed off the paperwork, I did not hear back from Mike for the rest of the day. I sent emails, text messages, left voicemails, and sent messages through this website and no response about the status of the service, if he had made any attempts.
Around 5pm I got nervous and started calling other process servers to see if anyone else was available. Of course it was too late, so at 6:30pm I took our bookkeeper and began to make the service ourselves. We eventually made service around 8:30pm. About 10 minutes later, I get a text message from Mike saying he served the person and that he had been driving, which I took as his reason for not getting back to me. I went through so much stress trying to figure out what was happening and that was all the response I received.
A few days later I got an email from Mike with his Declaration of Service and I thanked him. A couple of days later, I double checked wither him whether he had filed the Declaration of Service with the court and he responded that no he hadn't because he only served it if specifically asked to. That info would have been useful to know...
At the end of the day, my person was served twice and I filed Mike's declaration of service. However, the lack of communication throughout the process was extremely stressful, especially since I had never used his services before. The issue is a fixable one and I hope he gets better at communicating with his clients. I just won't be one of them...

Very responsive. Always knew what was going on.
Spyder Investigations, LLC's reply
Rita did not disclose that her papers were to be served the same day. When receiving the papers by email, Rita puts in bold same day service. In most cases we would if charged more to do this. However, we worked it out and served the papers. There was no mention anywhere that papers needed to be served at any specific time during the same day. She hired us to do same day as she says, and we delivered. Now she wants to put a bad review because we didn't serve at a specific time during the same day. If Rita would of contacted us and told us they had served themselves, we could of saved a trip out there. Hired for same day service and same day service is what Rita received. As for the filing of proof of service, we will file when asked for a fee. Rita made no mention of filing. Infact all of our clients file themselves.
