- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure varies from property to property. We'd love to visit your property and give you a free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with our new clients to see what their needs are in regard to their investment property and how we can best serve them. We visit the property and then present current market rental value, along with information on how to add value to their cashflow while also serving the needs of the tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Designated Broker has a Real Estate license as required by the State of Washington. Our Leasing Agents are licensed Real Estate Brokers. Our office is actively involved with the Rental Housing Association and the National Association of Property Managers. Our Designated Broker teaches clock hour continuing education programs in the area of Property Management.
