Sabrina O'Donnell says, "I was hearing some noises in my crawlspace and walls so I called my regular pest control company. They came out and said it looked like it was a squirrel and that I should contact a wildlife control specialist. After reading a lot of mixed reviews about other companies and trying to figure out how it was getting inside myself I found Emerald Wildlife Control online and decided to give them a call. I was very pleased that my experience matched the other 5 star reviews! Patrick came out to do a free inspection and was very thorough, not rushing at all. He listened to what I was saying and talked through what he was seeing. He found the hole where they were getting in hiding under the eaves of my dormer and was very helpful with getting the problem fixed. I hope I never need to contact a wildlife control company again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Emerald Wildlife Control again!"See more

Yuan S. says, "We recently had an issue with a squirrel attempting to break into our attic from the outside, which left deep scratches and severe peeling along our exterior wall. We reached out to Santana's Insulation, and Santiago came out to assess the situation on the exact same day. Santiago was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. While inspecting the area, he even discovered that our bathroom air vent was completely detached—something we had no idea about. They returned the very next day and fixed it perfectly. Price is also very reasonable! We’ve hired many different handyman and home service companies in the past, but Santana's Insulation is by far our favorite. Reliable, honest, and fast work. Highly, highly recommend!"See more

Greg W. says, "I have a home built in 1946 and I think there must have been three different types of insulation in the attic! There was evidence of rodents as well... I contacted Imelda for a quote and her crew (thank you so much, Carlos!!) were able to get started that weekend. They were punctual and thoughtful of my home, by putting up plastic sheeting to capture any debris. The job ended up being bigger than originally anticipated but they worked so hard to get it done! They completed the attic on the second morning and added R30 insulation in my crawlspace. Imelda is one of the kindest people I have met. She was responsive in communicating with me, she brought her crew lunch each day and got to enjoy meeting our special cat! If you are in need of any insulation work do not hesitate to contact Imelda at KL Crawlspace."See more

Nana K. says, "From first contact to completion of the project, Attic Projects-Everett was very professional and easy to work with. I found them through Thumbtack while searching for a company to get rid of the rodents that I had heard in my attic. Although my initial thought was just to have the rodents removed, all three companies I contacted confirmed that the rodents had broken through the old wire mesh covering the attic air vents a while ago and had made a mess of the attic space with their droppings and urine contaminating and compromising the existing insulation. Attic Projects-Everett’s initial appointment to assess the situation was very thorough. Mason Huston, the estimator/project manager went up into the space and took pictures of the existing situation (to the cramped nether ends of the attic) and then walked me through his problem assessment and proposal. Although not the least expensive, Attic Projects-Everett’s proposal made the most sense to me, and they worked with me to make the cost more competitive and to offer financing options. They proposed a three step process: Phase I: · Remove the existing insulation · Clean and sanitize the attic space · Inspect electrical and plumbing for any damage · Rodent proof the attic by covering all external air vents or openings with wire mesh and/or foam · Apply foam insulation around light fixtures and between sheets of drywall to minimize air exchange between the attic and the inside of the house · Set traps to make sure no rodents are still in the attic Quality Control: · Inspect for and remedy any remaining potential rodent proofing issues including smaller holes around piping · Verify that no more rodents are inside the attic Phase II: · Install the new insulation (at least 2 days after no detectable rodent activity inside the attic) Throughout this process, Attic Projects-Everett has been great about their communications, their timeliness, and their efficiency in getting things done. All their people were great to interact with. Mason was always available by text and made sure everything was moving forward. Amy was great with the financial paperwork and scheduling. Cardenas was very thoughtful and thorough with his quality control inspections and additional rodent proofing measures. And finally, the removal and installation team (Ramon and his assistant) were friendly, efficient, and tidy in the process of converting my attic space from a hazmat site back to usable storage space. I highly recommend Attic Projects-Everett!"See more
