Dylan N. says, "Santanas Insulation LLC, specifically Elio and Santiago, provided excellent service for our raccoon exclusion and attic remediation at White Center. They were highly responsive, arriving within a day of contact. Their inspection was thorough and professional—they identified issues others had missed, wore proper protective gear, and provided a fair, itemized estimate with clear service tiers. After we selected them, they completed the work in three to four hours, including sealing roof openings, installing exterior mesh, and sanitizing the attic. Their before-and-after documentation was detailed. While we handled animal eviction separately, their attic and insulation work was excellent and professional throughout."See more

Kerry C. says, "I recently had the pleasure of working with Attic Crawl, and let me tell you, they are the real MVPs in the rodent and animal removal league! From the moment I reached out, their team, led by the fantastic Alex, was all ears, ready to listen to my concerns and spring into action. Now, I won't go into the nitty-gritty details of my uninvited guests – nobody wants to hear a tail or two about that! But let's just say, Alex and his team know their stuff. They approached the situation with such professionalism and efficiency that I was left utterly impressed. Their team was punctual, courteous, and, most importantly, effective. They treated my property with respect. In a nutshell (which, thankfully, is all I have left now that the critters are gone), Attic Crawl, under Alex's leadership, delivered top-notch service that was worth every penny. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing wildlife woes. Five stars all the way – these folks are the critter conquerors! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"See more

Nana K. says, "From first contact to completion of the project, Attic Projects-Everett was very professional and easy to work with. I found them through Thumbtack while searching for a company to get rid of the rodents that I had heard in my attic. Although my initial thought was just to have the rodents removed, all three companies I contacted confirmed that the rodents had broken through the old wire mesh covering the attic air vents a while ago and had made a mess of the attic space with their droppings and urine contaminating and compromising the existing insulation. Attic Projects-Everett’s initial appointment to assess the situation was very thorough. Mason Huston, the estimator/project manager went up into the space and took pictures of the existing situation (to the cramped nether ends of the attic) and then walked me through his problem assessment and proposal. Although not the least expensive, Attic Projects-Everett’s proposal made the most sense to me, and they worked with me to make the cost more competitive and to offer financing options. They proposed a three step process: Phase I: · Remove the existing insulation · Clean and sanitize the attic space · Inspect electrical and plumbing for any damage · Rodent proof the attic by covering all external air vents or openings with wire mesh and/or foam · Apply foam insulation around light fixtures and between sheets of drywall to minimize air exchange between the attic and the inside of the house · Set traps to make sure no rodents are still in the attic Quality Control: · Inspect for and remedy any remaining potential rodent proofing issues including smaller holes around piping · Verify that no more rodents are inside the attic Phase II: · Install the new insulation (at least 2 days after no detectable rodent activity inside the attic) Throughout this process, Attic Projects-Everett has been great about their communications, their timeliness, and their efficiency in getting things done. All their people were great to interact with. Mason was always available by text and made sure everything was moving forward. Amy was great with the financial paperwork and scheduling. Cardenas was very thoughtful and thorough with his quality control inspections and additional rodent proofing measures. And finally, the removal and installation team (Ramon and his assistant) were friendly, efficient, and tidy in the process of converting my attic space from a hazmat site back to usable storage space. I highly recommend Attic Projects-Everett!"See more

Xiaowei Kok says, "The crawl space clean up has been a dream of ours for a long time (since we moved in in 2015!) We had rats in the crawl space and they wrecked the insulation and left poops all around. As new house owners then, we didn't know what to do and my hub told me that doing a crawl space clean up would cost over ten thousand (or the high thousands). Also, as a split level house, our middle and lower levels were always having cold spots and i thought that was normal coz maybe the house was too big or the ducts were leaking (rat issues). So every time when I turned the heat on in the falls, I would "smell" the stench from the crawlspace for a while until I got used to it. My hub had lost his sense of smell, so it didn't bother him. But with a toddler in the house, im bugging him that we needed to look for a solution. When our toddler was an infant. I placed a air purifier in our bedroom, so that smell was still manageable. Then, recently, a neighbor posted and shared her experiences with Wallet Friendly Insulation and I decided to give it a shot. It was the best decision I've made for our house this year! Martin, one of the owners of the biz came down and inspected our crawlspace and also attic (coz we decided why not have the attic looked at too?) Martin is very polite and kind and gave us a quote that we were so happy with. He came personally with another team mate and spent half a day to fix our crawlspace and an issue with our exhaust in the attic that he discovered when he was helping to check the attic! They were so awesome! They were on time and finished and cleaned everything so neatly! The price is unbeatable (but their work is immaculate!)I was so happy that I no longer smell the stench from the crawlspace anymore! My gosh, what a difference it made and ended the many years of sufferings! What i noticed was the cold spots in the middle floor was gone and I usually had to turn the heat up to 70 because I was trying to warm the house more (or to get rid of the cold spots), but now, at 68 degrees, the house is warm and cozy! Oh my gosh, no one had told me that getting your insulation done in the crawlspace helps saves money!Thank you Martin!! I hope more people will know of your gorgeous work and get help from you!The photos are the before and after (if you can't tell the difference, I can't help you!) Their clean up was immaculate and they changed out the insulation! Woot!!!!!!!! Gone are the years of rat pee and poop and also, they've done sealing up for rodent spots. Quickly, grab an appointment with this local owned biz before they get too busy!!"See more
