Cody arrived on time and conducted a very thorough review of our attic with plenty of pictures to show me exactly what things looked like and provided an estimate right afterwards. Phil and his crew were able to accommodate a fairly limited window of time in which we had to complete the job, promptly provided photos of all of their work, and are coming back in a couple weeks to verify that all the mice have been eradicated with the traps they set. Appreciated that the crew put down protection so as not to mess up the house. They installed wire mesh in necessary areas where rodents were able to enter the attic/crawl space. They thoroughly treated all wood for any needed mold remediation (only contractor to offer that service). They installed R60 insulation (all the other contractors were offering R40). Sealed points where air exchange would encourage rodent problems AND as if all that wasn't enough to convince me they were the best contractors for the job, their work carries an EIGHT year warranty, their price is reasonable, and they will allow payment plans with no interest if needed. Promptly sent numerous photos of the finished work. Clear communication. 20+ years in the business. Phil and his crew really are exceptional. I obtained five estimates before proceeding on this job, and I'm so happy I went with Acorn's Attics & Crawls.
