Sometimes the best recommendation results from work that Was Not Done! It is only the best of contractors, such as Bullock Builders, that will tell you when you Do Not need work done!I needed a minor roof repair (shingle reattachment) and called at least six companies who all wanted to remove and replace my roof, with many fabricating stories of how the fact that my roof was 12 years old, or that it had some moss, or that I was bald, all meant that my roof needed to be removed and replaced. Only Bullock Builders assured me that they could do just the repair I wanted, not an entire roof replacement.When Xander Bullock came to inspect the roof, he said that not only did it not need replacement (or even repair, as the shingle was a redundant one), he said it was one of the best roofs he had seen in the past couple of months. He was extremely courteous, personable, and knowledgable about roofs, telling me what brand and model of shingle I had.It is a very special contractor that will turn away work! I will certainly be going to him when time indeed comes to replace my roof.

Needed my metal roof washed off due to mold and moss buildup. Bullock Builders sent out Kayla and Christian. Kayla was a cross between a mountain goat and a machine, she worked nonstop (except for a very short lunch break) scrubbing down my very large roof that has different pitch. Some of it is 12/12 pitch. I was very impressed with her work ethic and personal comfort up on a ladder and steep roofing. If you want someone that will make you feel like you got your monies worth, Kayla won't let you down. Very pleasant and very professional.
