The service I received to day from Raymark is 5 star. Nick and Ernesto quickly identified the issue and got to work fixing it. They explained every step of the process and all the parts needed. Ermilo, Ronald, and Martin did excellent work, showing up on a Saturday to deal with an emergency blocked pipe and getting it fixed efficiently and effectively, including bringing in extra digging help when needed.

The drain on our kitchen sink was clogged. I'd cleaned the p-trap so the problem went deeper than the trap. I called Raymark. The lady who answered the phone was friendly. After I explained the problem, she said she'd get back to be soon. About an hour later I got a call saying a technician would be at our house in about half an hour. The technician was neat, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He explained the options, answered my questions, and completed the job. I'm very happy with the results and with my interactions with Raymark.
