I hold B.A. in Music Education from Seattle Pacific University. I am also level 1 & 2 Kodai Certified and have 20 years of teaching experience.

I am a Seattle-based performer, songwriter, musician, and educator. I am skilled in establishing a safe space for trauma-sensitive voice lessons, refining vocal technique, and building vocal stamina, helping singers revamp their repertoire and love what they sing. I teach students how to strengthen and develop their natural gifts to free the voice within. Singing is a fine motor skill, and I believe anyone can learn to sing!
Singing time consists of voice warming, technique-focused exercises, repertoire tuning, and artistry finesse. Admin time is spent emailing you any necessary tools, info, exercises, and assignments for the week.

I decided to take the leap to learn piano as an adult student. Holly has been amazing since day 1! I’ve been able to play classical, jazz, pop, and even country. She is always receptive to letting me play what I want to play, but is there to also provide grade-appropriate pieces that I would never be able to find on my own. Additionally, I know more about actual music theory now than I ever thought I would, which helps immensely in learning piano. Recently, I started mixing in singing lessons with piano, which Holly was very happy to help with!
