- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per labor hour, not per job. We value attention to detail and try to get the root of every weed!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After someone reaches out to us, we'll try to set up a time for a free estimate. Upon acceptance we will get you on the schedule as soon as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our gardeners have attended the hands on pruning class offered at Edmonds Community College. We believe in hands-on learning in the field, and to ask a crew member if unsure before pulling/cutting.
