Max does a quality job even if it takes extra time or trip. We had him design a custom fence with auto locking door. Max did a fantastic job to meet all the requirements for the certification. Max is very professional and punctual about his appointments and delivery timelines.

Love our gate so much.
Max delivered the best quality and has such a high standard of his work.
It did take a while for us to finally get the gateinstalled, but the final result is worth the wait!
The wood planks that Max uses on our gate is good quality and he knows exactly what would look good for your home.

I reached out to get a quote for a short rail we need added next to our four downstairs steps—the definition of a small job, for sure, and I called that out in my quote request. Not only did Maximum Metalworks reply quickly, they literally laid out a rough metal mockup of what I asked for and included pictures with the quote. That impressed me… not many are as thorough when engaging with a new customer that has a small job. We ultimately decided our budget for the project was unrealistic and are pausing it at this time, but when we are able to, we’ll definitely be back!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New projects I take into account material and time and would quote a price, repairs and quicker jobs we can discuss a hourly rate usually between 60 to 80 an hour depending on the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have AWS d1.1 which is a structural certification for metal 3/8 of an inch and thicker. As well as 5 years of experience in the industry including manufacturing, and commercial, but mostly custom home
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with structural maritime welding, but have been working in ornamental for the past 4 years
