Sim, the structural engineer was very detailed and did an excellent job with his CAD drawings. We will hire you again for the site visit before and after installing the beams.

Sim did an on site visit to evaluate a possible load bearing wall and what to do about it.
He was very thorough. He inspected inside the wall, outdoors and even went into the crawl space. Sim gave professional recommendations after making a few calculations and I am now making the necessary adjustments.

Farid and his associate Michael listened carefully to our design objectives and then worked with our plans to develop a very workable solution that was also seismically and statically viable. This was accomplished in a very short period that met our expectations and the permitting office's timeline.
