I bought two used chairs that had stains and needed cleaning. Ruslan did a great job at cleaning the chairs and getting rid of stains left by the previous owner. I thought the price of the cleaning was also very reasonable.

I was actually impressed with Russell’s attention to quality as he went inch-by-inch to make sure everything is spotless. Rugs looked like new and a sofa with multiple stains also became completely clean.

Only thing to keep in mind is that Russell may come alone, so if you are concerned about being able to lift furniture away from a rug and if something requires two people then you’ll need to assist, so discuss that upfront. For me this was not an issue but for someone else with a back problem it could be. He does handle everything and anything on his own whenever possible - I merely helped lift a long dining table.

Also discuss bundling multiple rugs/sofas with Russell to save, he is reasonable.

Russell did such an amazing job on our mattress! We had multiple stains on it, including some pretty old ones, and Russell got them all out! Mattress looks good as new. He was able to come out same day and was very communicative through the entire process. Great!
