Love my new windows! I chose Green Built because I felt comfortable that they would stand behind their work and were not just trying to make money. The entire group there were very easy to work with, professional, courteous and friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way. The installers are true craftsman Marcelo did great work and took great care with my interior. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

We had vinyl windows installed all the way around at our house. I wanted to see how they performed under different weather conditions and we are extremely satisfied with the windows. After getting several quotes we decided on GB and were very impressed with the way they conducted business. Very polite and knowledgeable, they gave great advice and were very thorough with their explanations. They day of the install they came in, worked hard, and even finished a little ahead of schedule. HIghly recommend

Our home in Silver Firs was severely vandalized last year just as we were putting it on the market. The major appliances were smashed, drywall was punctured with a sledge hammer in every room, Brazilian walnut flooring was damaged by water left running. Green Built Northwest swung into action and, working with our insurance company and lender, restored the home to better condition than it had been before the vandalism occurred. The house just gleamed! Thanks Green Built Northwest. Just last weekend when the windstorm and heavy rain damaged the home of a friend of mine in Wallingford, I recommended Green Built Northwest on Saturday evening and on Sunday morning the friend's roof was patched and water tight! Nice work, and thanks for making me look good to my friend! HIghly recommend these people.

This review is for Green Built's customer service only. I started email correspondence with Michaela Coronado Aug. 24th for a window replacement quote. Followed the instructions and they said they would get back to me in 7 business days. So it is now over 15 business days, and no 'queek. She could have just flat out said we are busy and sugested another place. That would have been more appreciated.Update: I have gotten a response back from Fabian. So I'm glad that they were able to get the quoting processs straightened out.
