Honestly, my job was too small for them to take so I can’t speak for their actual work. However, they were very prompt in responding courteously to my request and even provided, unsolicited, recommended vendors that I could contact if I wanted to try to repair it myself. If their work is anything like their responses I am sure it is excellent and they will be the first ones I consider when needing a larger siding job done.

This company struggles with communication. Initially, they indicated that there had been tech issues, and that is why nobody showed up at our scheduled appointment at our house. Then, when the meeting was rescheduled, the estimator only sent one of the two estimates we had requested to receive. We called the company multiple times and emailed the person who had met with us requesting the second estimate. We also texted through Thumtack and were told the message would be passed along. During all of this waiting time, we received multiple emails and calls about rescheduling our appointment as if we had been the ones to have missed the appointment. We also were sent multiple survey requests all time stamped at the exact times. To this day, two weeks later, we have still yet to hear back about our second estimate. We are still getting calls to complete surveys.

We are the largest siding contractor in the state, which means more people hire us compared to anybody else. Taking on so much work enables us to offer very competitive pricing to our customers. We typically find we can save you $5-7k.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we communicate with new customers over the phone or via email to make sure we are the best fit for their project. Once that is determined a free on-site visit is scheduled and one of our expert estimators will provide you with a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the #1 James Hardie Elite Preferred contractor in our service area. Our reps are factory-trained and certified by James Hardie and Owens Corning to ensure you get the warranty on your product.
