They have only just started on my computer, but they did that immediately, from our first contact. They work late. I believe they have the experience and knowledge to fix this VERY bad hacking of my devices. I have told them exactly how bad it is and they tell me it's fixable and not to worry. I'm paying a flat fee now, so there won't be any surprise charges. I am covered for 6 months. They help you remotely and/or come to you. I will leave another review after my devices are finished to let you know if they are as good as I think they are!

SOS Geek was responsive and helped me with my issue remotely. They respected my hesitancy about giving over control of my computer to a stranger, so they did a limited remote session so they could view my computer screen, but talked me through the steps so that I could understand and control the process myself. I appreciated that. The work was accomplished. I will reach to them for future needs.
