They have only just started on my computer, but they did that immediately, from our first contact. They work late. I believe they have the experience and knowledge to fix this VERY bad hacking of my devices. I have told them exactly how bad it is and they tell me it's fixable and not to worry. I'm paying a flat fee now, so there won't be any surprise charges. I am covered for 6 months. They help you remotely and/or come to you. I will leave another review after my devices are finished to let you know if they are as good as I think they are!

He helped me with several things that was wrong with my computer, a program that was no longer supported and getting me another one and fixing my printer.. He always called me back and kept me up on all that was happening. I was very happy with the service.
