- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My 1:1 Health Coaching is a premium, personalized service designed to support you through every step of your wellness journey. Pricing reflects the level of customization, support, and accountability provided—from personalized protocols to weekly check-ins, education, and nutrition/lifestyle coaching. I offer 3-month packages as this allows us to create lasting change—not quick fixes. Payment plans are available. I’m always happy to walk through pricing and what’s included during a free consultation so you feel confident before committing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we start out with a free consultation phone call where we discuss current diet, health, health history, current lifestyle, short-term goals, long-term goals, experience, and so on. This is an opportunity for us to make sure we are a good fit to work together and that my program will provide you with what you are looking for.
