I've been taking acoustic guitar lessons from Jeff for about 8 weeks, and couldn't be happier! He is a great teacher not only because of his extensive knowledge, organized lessons, and flexible schedule, but also because his passion for music is so encouraging to me as his student! Anyone looking for a music teacher should definitely consider Jeff!

Joshua has been extremely accommodating of my busy schedule. He has excellent knowledge of guitars and was very helpful in picking out my new guitar. His lessons are straight forward and he answers all my questions clearly and concisely. He goes at a nice pace and has been great to work with. I'd highly recommend him to other people looking to pick up the guitar.

I'm an adult student taking 1-hour weekly guitar lessons with Dylan. I've never played an instrument before and every week my confidence and excitement grows about learning to play as well as learning foundational tools and skills of music. Dylan's energy and passion are a true motivation for myself as well as any new student. I appreciate his patience and flexibility in regards to my learning style, and I'm excited to see my continued growth with his coaching. I highly recommend him for beginners, he's great at explaining and meeting students where they are at...at any level.

Simon Way is one of the best guitar teachers I have had the pleasure of taking some lessons from. Simon is very understanding, about my crippled hand and my trouble playing Classical guitar music. Simon put me on to playing the Blues guitar, as a way around my disability for playing Classical guitar, which is much more difficult in making guitar cord positions. Simon, was very positive and encouraging that I take on Blues guitar playing vs Classical guitar study. Despite all of that, he still recommends and shows me finger picking classical, and Chet Akins guitar music. Simon has improved tremendously since I first met him in 1997. I regard him as excellent guitar teacher and a wonderful person to be around.

I have been studying guitar under Kris for the last 8 years and I have enjoyed every minute of our time together. She has already taught me so much and continues to encourage, teach, and push me to try new things every week. Under her tutelage, I have grown in my playing by leaps and bounds, studying bass guitar, vocal, fingerstyle, lead guitar, and even classical guitar. Kris is very open to teaching you the in style(s) that you want to play and is not afraid to learn something new to help you grow in your playing. She is always encouraging, loving, and amazing. I will always keep music in my life because of Kris. She has been and continues to be my inspiration.

Teague puts a spotlight on the guitar and makes learning it safe and fun... Teague is intelligently soft spokane which puts me at ease and prepares the way for a safe and fun learning environment. He is always encouraging me to see my personal practice time as a stress relieving activity. He took me right where I was and after a lesson or two he partnered with me to help me get to the next level of playing I was after. He's genuinely passionate about musicianship and the art of making music. I've unlearned some habits that were holding me back and am realizing a new found joy for playing guitar.

I'm just trying to find work. This business is not established currently, but I wouldn't mind taking on a few students to make some extra cash. I've been playing the guitar for most of my life and I can provide a solid foundation for a beginning guitar player.

Learn basic skills, finger picking, tuning, styles, cords, learning songs, 5string or 4string and 6 string guitar electric or acoustic I have been playing bass and guitar for over 30+ years and have everything I need to teach right in my own home one on one. Or anywhere you want it to happen. the important thing is to get started so you can improve your skills and start having fun playing your favorite songs.

First meeting/lesson: no charge to you. This meeting will determine whether we might have a favorable "student/teacher" relationship. Future lessons: pay only what you can afford to pay me, or the amount you feel the lesson was worth to you. I am humble and have always believed in the "reap/sow" factor in life. If you were born with a "gifted ear", I will teach you how to first tune your guitar to the song you are wanting to learn - that will enable you to actually FIND the basic guitar chords being played in that song.

I have played guitar personally for 10 years. I am self-taught, and I have showed many how to play a tune. If anyone has the ambition to play and learn, then I will be willing to teach them the song they desire or the basics to learn, from guitar chords and rhythm to guitar lead and solo. I am still learning every day. Thank you!

I am a pastor's kid who grew up playing guitar and singing in the church. I attended Portland Bible College where I was part of their music program, with an emphasis in leading worship. I decided to pursue a career in the business world but have stayed involved in my churches music. I would like to begin to share my knowledge to the next generation of musicians. I am patient, and I like to make learning fun. My musical tastes are very eclectic, and I have experience in many different styles of music.
